The unique airport is actually located 8 km adjacent to the village of Can capstilla and it is more commonly known as Son Sant Joan Airport. The airport is actually the third largest airport in Spain after the famous Madrid Barajas airport and the Barcelona airport. The airport is actually one of the busiest airports in Europe during the summer and it continuous to enjoy influx of visitors every year. There are actually four modules at the airport. The modules more so module A which is located in the north of the airport and has 28 gates of which 8 have bridges. This is actually the only module that has air bridges attaché to the gates. The pier is actually used by flights to some non-schegen destinations which include the UK and the Ireland.

This is the smallest module of all the modules in the airport which is practically located in the northeast and it has 8 gates which are located on the Ground floor and apparently none have air bridges. The module is lays used by the regional aircraft which mainly operates flights to Ibiza airport, the famous Menorca Airport, the famous Valencia airport and the unique Santander airport.

Module C
This is practically the largest of all the modules which are located in the east and it has 33 gates which 9 gates have bridges. The module is frequently used by Air Berlin, Niki and the famous Condor which comes along with the famous easy jet flights. The refurbishment and expansion on the southern side of the Module is such that the module can actually handle more flights and in order to actually improve some ways into the pier since it is the longest walk from security control.

The module is practically located in the south and it has almost 19 gates which only 10 have bridges. All the odd number gates are the unique gates with a bus transfer. The gates are usually used for flight to Europe.
